Learn meditation techniques, learn how to incorporate peace and tranquility into your daily life. Peace is something that resides within us all, learning how to remain calm is a skill and can be so useful for everyday life.
We will be running different themes every 6 weeks to teach you how you can use meditation to empower your life.
These sessions are also offered on a 1:1 basis these will be pre booked sessions. There is also an option to block book your sessions you will be discounted for this. Block Bookings are for 6 weeks at a time.

For your first session it will be £10 this will cover your first 2 classes. You can then select weekly session after this which is £5 only.
